"Wildly Entertaining: Taronga Zoo's Beloved Stars Take Center
Stage as TV Series Returns for an Up-Close Adventure"
A Present-Day Concern visited the
stars of the most recent season of Who's Who in the Zoo behind closed doors at
Sydney's Taronga Zoo.From injured turtles and echidnas at Taronga Wildlife
Hospital to 270-kg seals Murphy and Bondi and 25-meter-tall giraffes, the crew
at Taronga is all about love, care, and protection.
Sarah has been employed at
Taronga Zoo for 32 years, 15 of those years being spent in the animal hospital.
"[To] see them coming in so
sick and you know almost on their death bed and then, you know, giving them
the help and what they need and getting them back into the wild again, yeah
it's really really great," Sarah added.
There are 4000 animals and 350
distinct kinds living in the zoo.
With the return of the series on
Wednesday night, a group of 4000 animals from 350 different species made their
television debut in Australia. 
The fourth season of Taronga:
Who's Who in the Zoo, hosted by Virginia Gay, airs on Nine and 9Now every
Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.
